The goal of the Center of Excellence for Workforce Development is to
increase employment options for persons with specific, identified
disabilities and to assist business in recruitment and retention of
qualified employees by connecting them with qualified candidates.
The Center of Excellence promotes diversity and assists businesses in
accessing the untapped labor pool of persons with disabilities. The
Center of Excellence for Workforce Development is supported by Mental
Health America of Indiana and funded by Indiana’s Office of Vocational
Rehabilitation Services.
